Here in Ireland, the weather has taken a turn of a dramatic stormy sort. With dark cloudy days and nights I'm not ashamed to admit have brought on a case of the 'hot water bottles'. So it feels like the time to do a bit of a cosy beverage, food-y kind of get up, with some saucy recipes with an oddball spin, just for the season...
