"Last week I popped into two of my favourite Dublin Boutiques Om Diva and Siopaelle for some fun and personal events."
The best! Earrings from Om Diva.
Apologies for the MIA behaviour this week, I am half way between moving back to the big smoke and so I've been forced to live out of a suitcase hopping from Galway to Dublin and back again in what seems like one never ending car journey. Now transport solutions aside, I have managed to fit some fun little experiences in, between the delights (hem) of packing and such grown-up type necessities.
Last week I popped into two of my favourite Dublin Boutiques Om Diva and Siopaelle for some fun and personal events. On Wednesday I made my way to Om Diva's Drury Street home to celebrate the launch of there new website We were greeted with huge smiles and a glass of champagne, before being ushered in to join the party- very generous good-bags in tow.

The Om Diva store, I can't stress this enough, is absolutely packed to the rafters with unique pieces for every taste. The basement being a vintage mavens paradise with a cosy, make yourself at home feel and the first floor, which is trimmed with independent designers artfully spaced, looking more like an exhibition than a shop. However, my favourite has to be the ground floor, champion of accessories in every shape and size, covering everything from high fashion trends to unique one offs that get you heart racing and I'd sum it up with one word- FUN.

Now on Thursday, I capered along to Siopaella's customer appreciation event in the form of their 'SpotTheDot' sale. This fun idea means you get to immerse yourself in the very fabulous Shopaelle stores (which is a treat in itself- hello designer bargains) but with the added fun of 'spotting the coloured dot'. Each dot pertains to a certain discounted price range, so, as you browse the rails the element of surprise goes with you, checking the dots on your favourite pieces, again- FUN :)

I met the lovely Siopaelle ladies at one of the Dublin Fashion festival events which you can read about here, here and here and I'm looking forward to taking another trip to the store soon to pick up some of my favourite pieces.

All in all a great week full of catch ups with pals old and new,

Hope you guys are having a great weekend,
