Chello Ladies and Germs <3

It has been a little while since i brought you some kickin' eatables
and i was thinking i would aptly name my recipes section
For me this is fitting because there's no fun in cooking in your own kitchen unless you enjoy yourself!
To do that you need to be able to cook according to your own rules!
I find most of my favorite recipes are mutated versions of things
iv seen and tried all mixed together with a dollop of my imagination
(which really is my best friend)
Anyway 'Romantic Rants' aside i thought for this round i would give you something of a spring fling in your mouth mmm...

So here is my

You will need to gather:
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 slices of bread (white or brown- YOUR kitchen YOUR rules)
  • 2 tblspoons casting suger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tblspoon vanilla extract (according to your taste)

This recipe serves 2 people
For you and your lovely mayhaps?

Here are my photogenic ingredients

*First use a 'small biscuit' sized scone cutter to get your discs of bread.
You should get 4 discs per slice of bread

*Whisk the milk and egg in a bowl with a pinch of cinnamon
and give your bread discs a lovely bath 2 at a time.

*Add your eggy discs to a hot pan with a small amount of oil and remove when they have a golden suntan on both sides.

*Using a brush of some shape or form paint the egg discs
with some vanilla extract.

*Add your casting sugar and cinnamon  to a bowl and mix.
*Toss your crispy egg discs one at a time in the mixture
so they are entirely covered in the loveliness.

*Finally plate up your snowy eggy sculptures along with some greek yoghurt
and artfully decorate with fruit of your choice
(I'v used under-ripe mango if your curious)

i hope you enjoyed my post and give it a go <3

Peace out shining stars
